So what if she thinks Oakley's a shallow, self-centered jerk? It's not like they're going to fall for each other in real life…right?

My review

My review on Goodreads

Great mature young adult story about teen star and a ordinary fake girlfriend. I rarely read this type of books, but it’s Erin Watt so you know, you have to!

Vaughn Bennett, seventeen. She’s funny and stubborn. Down-to-earth, trying to help her family who found themselves in a difficult situation.

Oakley Ford, nineteen. Very popular young star. Kind of a spoiled brat. He wants to do more adult music, but first must clear his behavior.

She was chosen by his management team to be his fake girlfriend. As a normal girl she was supposed to throw a positive light on his behavior. At first they do not really like each other, are totally opposites. But forced to stay together began to understand themselves more.

Well written, with humor and engaging plot. I really like his sweet moments and how he is growing during the plot. Their first meeting and constant bickering will be very amusing entertainment.

Romantic and sweet young love with a few small ones in bed. That is why it is certainly not for younger readers.

Fantastic start and all the first half of the book. I was intrigued and delighted at the idea of the story. But after half I had the feeling that not much is going on. For this rather abrupt ending, it gives a sense of unfinished story.

Although it’s really enjoyable book. Light and sweet about growing beautiful young love to thousands of fans and in front of the cameras of paparazzi. Just remember too much expectations may not help you enjoy it. But give it a shot!
